What we need from you

1. Select from our readily available Disney-themed backgrounds and single-color backgrounds (circle/ full), or you can also provide us with the hex code of the color that you wish to choose. With a little extra, our artist can design a custom-made background for you, please contact us for more details.

3. Layout orientation (portrait/landscape): to prevent you from receiving a product with the wrong hanging ware, please confirm it with us in this section.

Photo requirements:

1. High resolution
2. Good lighting with no harsh shadows
3. Not blurry
4. Close-up from the front at eye level although they don’t need to be facing the camera

What Happens Next?

After our creative team finishes working on your illustration, you will receive an electronic copy of your portrait before it is sent to the production team.  If you would like to make any changes, please inform us at this stage.

Due to the non-transferable nature of the products under our custom-made menu, we regretfully would not be able to process any returns, refunds and exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged in transit or demonstrates any quality-related issues.

The normal delivery time for our custom-made products is around 1-3 weeks though the processing and shipping time could be prolonged during the festive season.   The delivery time we provide only serves as a reference and we would not be able accept any cancellations or refunds due to logistics delays or reasons that are outside of our control
