Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your order.  You will be notified again once your order has shipped.  Please note that, in order to expedite shipping time, some items might be despatched in separate packages.


A tracking number will be generated within 48 hours once the item is despatched but sometimes due to unforeseeable circumstances, it could take longer than our suggested time frame.  If you tracking number has not been updated within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Ready to Ship Items

Shipping times for products fall into this category are around 2-5 weeks after the order has been processed.


Made to Order Items

Once the illustration is finished and approved, it normally takes 1-3 weeks for your product to arrive.  However, please note stages before the production process could vary in time in terms of the number of revisions needed and artists’ availability.


Refunds & Returns


We have a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee policy, which means if you product does not match the product description or is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.  Simply email us at with photographic proof of the problem to start a return.


We do not accept refunds and returns due to customers' change of mind.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



If the item is defective, you can request a replacement for the broken item or request a refund for the item.


Once the refund request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
