Why Are Your Custom Made Products So Pricey?

 I believe this is the first question that comes into most of our customers' minds when they visit the website and we will tell you the reasons behind the hefty price tags.

 

 

1. Quality > Quantity

 

We believe in providing customers with the best shopping experience that we could possibly offer which is why we are offering a 30-day Money Back Guarantee if any of our products are not as advertised (including custom-made ones). We've all been on the receiving end of bad service and we are striving to stir away from providing substandard service at all costs. 2. Personalized & Seamless Experience

 

We understand everybody's artistic vision is different. Therefore, we offer a range of custom made products for you to choose from. Each art piece is crafted by our dedicated creative team and would require your approval before going into production. We also proudly offer unlimited revisions for each art piece so that we can make sure we get it right before the product is sent out to you.

 

 

For our artistic collection, you will get to pick the color palette for your portrait and as for the Disney-style collection, you can either choose from our pre-crafted backgrounds or purchase an exclusive background of your choice. Our Royal portrait also offers more than a hundred different settings for your pup. The options are limitless.

 

 

We also try to include everything we need in the basic package, including pet/person's name, theme-based backgrounds, unlimited revisions so that you won't need to stack different services unless you want some extra characters in the portrait.

 

 

3. Sustainable Creative Process and Work-Life Balance (esp. for our artists)

 

Just as we mentioned above, our artist will work until you are 100% happy with the result. However, it also comes with a downside for our business - the creative & production period could be a lot longer and more mentally straining than pre-made products.

 

 

Now, if we ask our artists to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, we could have got a lot more done. However, it does not sit well with our ethical standards, we would like our creative team to work on a set amount of pieces per day (3-4 characters) and working over the weekends is not allowed.  We are aiming to create a work environment that is sustainable in the long-term and it would also indirectly help with the upholding of our product quality. 

 

 

With our artist collection, we are trying to provide the most customized experience possible. Our artist will hand-draw everything from scratch and since this is the drawing style of only one single member of our creative team, it will be lucky for us to process 3 characters within a 2-day period including the sketching and revision process. Therefore, the price of the products in the collection are higher.
